At Brahma Kumaris, we have organised a special event on this day to pay tribute to the invaluable innocent lives that have been terminated tragically or those injured due to road crashes. This event will witness stories of courage, offerings of peace and power and affirmations of personal responsibility to follow rules and courteous road behaviour. We expect a local corporator, traffic police officials, dean of Siddartha Govt Hospital and Leader of Taxmi and Autorikshaw union to be present for this event.
Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya’s Transport and Travel Wing, one of its service wings, is actively involved in the field of spiritual education for value-based progress in the transport, travel and tourism sectors. With the understanding that human resource is the key building block of any system, the wing helps people associated with these sectors realize their true inner potential and harness it for high quality of service and holistic progress.
The wing engages with various stakeholders like personnel, proprietors, government departments (e.g. RTO, traffic police, railways, tourism dept) and also the general public who are pedestrians or motorists including children and youth. It engages people into dialogue, discovery and application of spirituality through various means like lectures, workshops, conferences, residential programmes, seminars and exhibitions.
