On the day of the event, a walking rally will be held in the central part of the city to the square, where there will be an exhibition and a short commemoration of those who died in road accidents. The mayor of the municipality, under whose auspices the event is held, and representatives of the police and fire department will be present. The Youth House Vratsa, the Student Municipal Council Vratsa, the Bulgarian Youth Red Cross Vratsa, and the Bulgarian Association of Accident Victims organize the event.
