We remembered some traffic victims, then we saw what various civil society organizations in LA do to avoid road deaths in their Countries.
We have the participation of the regional coordinator of the Global Alliance of NGOs for road safety and Mexican public safety and health authorities.
We light candles in remembrance of road victims.
