This will be a culmination of a week long event around all the parishes of the Diocese of Tagbilaran, where for a period of one week people can list the names of their loved ones who they lost due to road traffic incidents. After which, at 9 am on the Suday Mass, Bishop Alberto Uy will celebrate the mass in honor of these lost souls.
