We are launching the states first Helmet Bank from Patiala in which we shall be initiating a Helmet Bank and distributing Helmets to the beneficiaries on the occasion of WDoR 2020 and in support of the objective to “promote evidence-based actions to prevent and eventually stop further road traffic deaths and injuries”
