TOCSS ROAD SAFETY CONCERT is designed to promote Child Passenger Safety and to remember children who lost their lives in road traffic crashes; in Nigeria.
The project theme is, From Advocacy To Legislation . The TOCSS Child Safety Project aims at scaling up the 2007 “Giving the Nigerian Child the Right to Live ” road safety Campaign and to achieve the Child Restraint Law in Nigeria ; following the submission of the TOCSS Child Restraint Draft Law to the ministry of Justice in 2012; as part of the Road Traffic Law Reform effort in Lagos State . The Road Safety Concert objective is to create awareness on road traffic injuries and deaths involving children . The goal is to engage the Law Makers on reviewing the TOCSS Child Restraint Draft Law ; and enacting the Child Restraint Law in Nigeria.
The project is designed by TOCSS RHO DESIGNS and the Temidayo Ogan Music Medicine from TOCSS foundation.
