Kashmir Road Safety Foundation in Collaboration with SSP Traffic City Srinagar will organise a Candle Light Vigil in memory of those who we have lost in road accidents in the past years. The event will have participation of students from Schools, colleges and officials from Traffic Police and Civil Administration.
