In the framework of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, Road Safety Institute (RSI) “Panos Mylonas” will be donating a total of 6 child safety seats to social service agencies of the Municipality of Athens, in a symbolic gesture disseminating the WDOR Foundation and its cause. The main focus of the Institute’s activities this year has been the safety and well-being of children and youth who make the most vulnerable users of the road network and suffer tremendously the consequences of road crashes and traffic. This RSI initiative is called “Share the Safety” and it was first implemented in 2015 and aims at raising awareness on the proper use of child seat for the prevention of severe injuries and the tragic loss of children in road traffic crashes.
