This Sunday, 17th November, let’s come together at AIT Chowk, Gurugram, from 6:30 AM to observe the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
In a special initiative by Raahgiri Foundation and Nagarro, we are once again gathering to honor those who have lost their lives on roads and raise awareness about the importance of making our streets safer for everyone.
As part of the event, a 24-hour walk, led by Shobhit Khattar (RAFTAAR Club), will kick off on 16th November at 6:30 AM from DLF Gateway Towers and culminate at AIT Chowk on 17th November at 6:30 AM. You can join the walk at any of these points:
1- DLF Gateway Towers (6:30 AM)
2- Bristol Chowk (6:41 AM)
3- DLF Phase 1 Metro Station (6:51 AM)
4- Sector 42-43 Metro Station (7:07 AM)
5- One Horizon (7:19 AM)
6- Sector 54-55 Metro Station (7:44 AM)
7- Sector 55-56 Metro Station (Near DoubleTree by Hilton) (7:56 AM)
The morning at AIT Chowk will feature:
A street play on road safety 🚸
A human chain and walk to show our solidarity 🚶♀️
A candlelight vigil to remember each life lost🕯️
This is our moment to make a difference, to pledge for safer roads for ourselves and our loved ones. Let’s stand together because we are all pedestrians, and every life matters.
