World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims

The webinar is jointly organized by Qatar Transportation and Traffic Safety Center of the College of Engineering with Department of Social Sciences of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Hamad Medical Corporation with the aim of remembering millions of victims who have been killed or seriously injured on the roads and to acknowledge the suffering of all affected victims, their families and communities, millions added each year to countless millions already suffering: a truly tremendous cumulative toll. In this webinar, the role of Qatar University in promoting evidence-based actions to prevent and reduce road traffic deaths, injuries, and the suffering of the victims and their families will be highlighted.
This webinar will host eminent speakers from Qatar Transportation and Traffic Safety Center of the College of Engineering, Department of Social Sciences of the College of Arts and Sciences, and Hamad Injury Prevention Program from Hamad Medical Corporation.
