The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (WDoR-24) event in Visakhapatnam is being jointly organized by Visakha Safety Council Training and Development Trust, Rotary Clubs of Visakhapatnam District (RID-3020), Visakhapatnam City Police, A P Transport Department, and Apollo Hospitals. This year’s theme is “REMEMBER. SUPPORT. ACT” .

The event aims to provide a platform for road traffic victims and their families to share their stories and advocate for better support and road safety measures. It’s a global event that promotes evidence-based actions to prevent and eventually stop further road traffic deaths and injuries ¹.

– _Panel Discussion:_ Exploring solutions to reduce road traffic accidents and injuries

Road crash victims’ families and friends have been invited to attend the program.
