World Day 2021 events to be held in South America
FICVI – The Ibero-American Association of Victims against Road Violence, together with its 15 associations present in 13 countries of the region –Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Portugal, Uruguay, and Venezuela– will emphasize the value of preserving life with this message: #TodaVidaCuenta #EveryLifeCounts. Leading up to World Day, FICVI requests the illumination of civic buildings on World Day and invites to the launch on 11.11. of the video “The other pandemic” (namely 130,000 people killed and 6 million injured each year in Latin American countries), which is an online event for registration.

ASSOCIATION OF VOLUNTEER MOTORCYCLISTS UNITED FOR GUATEMALA will, in order to raise awareness among the population and encourage them to be part of the change – during the first weeks hold various awareness and prevention activities with governmental and non-governmental institutions and media – on 21.11. hold a commemorative act to remember motorcyclists, the group most represented amongst road victims.
